Red Cross Parking Lot at the Fair needs a crossing guard

IMG_1247Our trip/adventure at the NYS Fair last night (Friday, 8.28.15) was fabulous as always with just a few exceptions.  The biggest one was having to cross a busy 4 lane road (State Fair Blvd) to get to the entrance.  Every other parking lot has a NYS Trooper or two present to make sure fairgoers cross safely.  Ironically, the Red Cross Parking Lot, located diagonal across State Fair Blvd costs the most with a $10 donation (which I have absolutely NO problem with).  Going to and from this lot was dangerous each time, most notably at 11pm at night when there were lines and lines of moving cars trying to get their tired feet and children home.  Hopefully they will rectify this situation soon.  Everyone enjoy the Fair!
